JCRAC has obtained ISO 9001 (Quality Management System) certification
JCRAC has obtained certification under ISO 9001, the international standard for quality management systems (QMS) (initial certification date: December 2, 2025). By formalizing the standardization and continual improvement of our business processes in line with the international standard, we are further strengthening our quality assurance framework.
Together with our existing certification under ISO/IEC 27001, the international standard for information security management systems (ISMS), we are now certified to international standards in both information security and quality. As an Academic Research Organization (ARO), we will continue to support clinical research, including clinical trials, with reliable quality.
