Information Security Policy

Information Security Policy

In today's advanced information society, JCRAC is committed to protecting its information assets from threats such as accidents, disasters, and crime, and to living up to the trust placed in us by society. To this end, we have established this Information Security Policy as the guiding framework for information security at JCRAC.

  1. Establishment of an Organizational Framework and Information Security Policies

    JCRAC shall establish the management framework necessary to maintain and improve security, and shall codify the necessary information security measures as formal internal rules of JCRAC.

  2. Compliance with Legal and Contractual Requirements

    JCRAC staff shall comply with the laws, regulations, standards, and contractual security requirements applicable to the information assets used in our business activities.

  3. Commitment of Our Staff

    JCRAC staff shall acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to maintain and improve information security, and shall maintain a steadfast commitment to information security.

  4. Response to Violations and Incidents

    JCRAC shall establish a framework for responding to violations of laws, regulations, standards, and contracts related to information security, as well as to information security incidents, thereby mitigating the impact of such violations and incidents.
