Quality Policy

Quality Policy

JCRAC aspires to contribute to the health of people around the world by providing high-quality research support to research participants and researchers in clinical research, including clinical trials for regulatory approval. To realize this ideal, we have established this Quality Policy as the guiding framework for our efforts to maintain and continually improve quality.

  1. Establishment of an Organizational Framework and Quality Management Policies

    We shall establish the management framework necessary to maintain and improve quality control, promote communication within JCRAC, and achieve the individual quality standards required for clinical research support.

  2. Commitment of Our Staff

    Our staff shall acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to maintain and improve quality control, remain aware of their roles and responsibilities, and maintain a steadfast commitment to quality management.

  3. Compliance with Laws and Regulations

    We shall comply with the guidelines, laws, and regulations applicable to clinical research, thereby protecting research participants and ensuring the reliability of research results.
